Big hotel with quiet and absolutely perfect location just next door to easy transport as well as underground train station. Good customer service, including varied and savoury breakfasts with food from metro cash. Very modern design of interiors in executive queen room.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location, a little bit far from downtown, was perfect for us as it offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Plus, it was very convenient being very close to a Subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The service was top-notch, with housekeeping and laundry services available. We were also impressed with the wake up service and welcome drink upon arrival.

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience at Grand Hotel Palladium. The check-in was fast and efficient, and Martina, the receptionist, was extremely friendly and helpful. The room, although a bit small, was quiet and had great blackout curtains. The room service was perfect, and the young staff members were polite and attentive. The breakfast selection was nice, with a great espresso machine and a clean dining area. Despite the minor inconveniences with the AC and hairdryer, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transit and nearby supermarkets. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
